Not every individual has the same goal in martial arts and everyone will learn at different rates while also having different body types. When learning Self Defence to protect yourself, there is no single method or training style that will always work in a physical confrontation. The objective is to learn various techniques but not to become bound to any technique or system of training and fight freely without limitations.

When defending yourself in a real life situation we don’t fight according to a style as it is absolute chaos. The environment is not controlled and there is no rules, referee or timer. We need to be able to respond to various situations. It is not a contest, rather an exchange with severe consequences. 

Our philosophy is to learn Martial Arts and eliminate unnecessary techniques and add useful techniques for each individual and situation accordingly. We focus on hand to hand combat, tactical kicking and grappling.

We come to you and teach you the techniques and skills for Self Defence while saving you time at your convenience. We are based in Melbourne and look forward to meeting you.
